A
member of the Natural Health Advisory Service medical team
could become you personal diet trainer
The
Lewes based Natural Health Advisory Service is launching an
exclusive Personal Diet Trainer Service. It incorporates their
successful Discovery Plan which aims to help women all over
the world.
Based
on 19 years of clinical success, the service is being run
by the qualified NHAS medical team and offers the opportunity
to have a tailor made diet specially designed for you, based
on your personal nutritional needs, tastes and budget. Plus
you will be counselled and supported on an ongoing basis in
order to achieve both your short and long-term goals.
The
Discovery Plan is a 10 week dietary 'experiment' designed
to find out which kind of foods are right for each individual's
specific needs to deliver optimum health as well as weight
loss.
January
is traditionally the time when millions of women embark on
weight loss diet, but research shows that most of the resolutions
to stick to the regime fails within weeks and that 'yo-yo
dieting' only serves to make us fatter in the long-term anyway.
Weight loss diets often don't provide an adequate amount of
essential nutrients to keep our bodies functioning in an optimum
way. For example, skin problems can be related to lack of
vitamin B and the mineral zinc, low energy and fatigue are
common symptoms of iron and magnesium deficiency and a wide
range of common health and beauty problems such as acne, eczema,
hair loss, brittle nails, PMS, IBS, fatigue, headaches, thrush
and cystitis are all associated with nutritional deficiencies.
In
addition to personal help the Personal Diet Trainer service
will entitle the participants to enter a dedicated part of
the new website to analyse their diet and nutritional status.
There will also be access to advice and health tips on a weekly
basis.
"Women
on a Western diet have never had a better opportunity to eat
well and follow a wholesome lifestyle," says Maryon Stewart,
founder of the NHAS and author of 16 popular self-help books,
including The Model Plan. "But we have never made a worse
mess of it. We are getting fatter by the week and becoming
sicker simply by making the wrong choices through a basic
lack of knowledge. The goal of our Personal Diet Trainer Service
is designed to educate individuals about how to meet their
body's nutritional needs and so improve their physical appearance
as well as their general health."
The
first 100 women to book their place on The Personal Diet Trainer
Service will receive a free copy of Maryon's popular book
The Model Plan.
The
cost of the service is £65 for the initial consultation
of 40 minutes, plus £20 per week for the following 9
weeks, which covers the cost of a weekly consultation and
weekly instructions that will be emailed or posted to you.
